Booking Terms & Communication Disclosure
Last updated: April 21, 2026
1. Communication Consent
By booking an appointment with Centennial Accounting Group ("CAG", "we", "us"), you authorize us to contact you by email, phone, or text at the contact details you provide regarding your appointment, follow-ups, account-related notifications, and our monthly tax & business tips newsletter. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, while transactional messages tied to your appointment will continue.
3. No Sale or Sharing With Third Parties
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with service providers strictly necessary to operate our practice (e.g., secure email delivery, calendar, document storage), and only to the extent required to provide that service to you. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Liability Disclaimer
The booking confirmation and any pre-engagement communication are for informational and scheduling purposes only and do not, by themselves, constitute professional tax, legal, or financial advice or create a client engagement. Any general guidance, newsletter content, or conversation prior to a signed engagement letter is provided "as is" without warranty. CAG and its team will not be liable for actions you take based on informational communications before a formal engagement is in place. A client relationship is established only upon execution of a written engagement letter.
By checking the agreement box on the booking form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Booking Terms & Communication Disclosure, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
